Low Stock Badge Terms of Use
These terms apply to Low Stock Badge, a store product-page indicator published by Multiverse.
Service
The app may display a low-stock or sold-out badge for a selected product variant based on the store's quantity-tracked inventory and the merchant's settings. The badge may be hidden if information is missing, inconsistent, or unavailable.
Merchant responsibilities
Stock labels are informational and may not reflect live availability at checkout. Merchants remain responsible for inventory accuracy, consumer-facing stock statements, product availability, fulfillment, pricing, and compliance obligations.
Limits and changes
The app does not reserve inventory, prevent purchases, alter checkout, or update stock. Its behavior depends on the hosting platform's product-page and inventory APIs, which may change. Availability is not guaranteed uninterrupted.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranties are offered. Nothing excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is unlawful.
Ending use
Users may stop using the app by uninstalling it from their site, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
