Late Order Monitor Terms of Use
These Terms apply to use of Late Order Monitor, a read-only operational dashboard published by Multiverse.
Service scope
Late Order Monitor provides an operational view of eCommerce order age and fulfillment status. It is an aid for merchant operations and is not a shipping carrier, order-management service, compliance service, or guarantee of delivery performance.
User responsibilities
Users remain responsible for fulfillment decisions, customer communications, shipping promises, regulatory obligations, and the accuracy of data in their Wix account. Thresholds such as 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days are operational indicators only and do not create or modify contractual delivery obligations.
Read-only behavior
The app does not fulfill, edit, cancel or refund orders. Users should verify any operational decision in their underlying Wix order records when necessary.
Availability and changes
The service may change as Wix platform APIs evolve. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain compatibility, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from their Wix site. Multiverse may discontinue or materially change the service, subject to applicable law and Wix platform requirements.
