What the app does

Late Order Monitor shows approved orders that remain not fulfilled or partially fulfilled and groups them by elapsed time since purchase.

Common questions

Why is an order missing?
The default view is Paid only. Switch to All payment states if the order is unpaid or pending. Fully fulfilled, canceled, rejected or archived orders are intentionally excluded by the Wix query and order-status behavior.

Why does age differ from my promised delivery date?
Order age is elapsed time since the purchase timestamp. The app does not calculate business days, production lead time, carrier transit time or a custom promised-delivery SLA.

Does the app change my orders?
No. The production app is read-only and uses Read Orders plus basic App Instance information only.

Where is exported data stored?
CSV is generated in the browser when Export CSV is selected. The current app has no order-data database or external analytics service.
