Late Order Monitor Privacy Policy
Late Order Monitor is a read-only dashboard application published by Multiverse for reviewing fulfillment-delay exceptions in Wix eCommerce orders.
Data accessed
The app requests permission to read eCommerce Orders. While the dashboard is open, it may process order identifiers and numbers, purchase timestamps, payment and fulfillment status, order totals, buyer contact details when present, and shipping or delivery information when present.
The app also reads basic Wix App Instance information needed to determine paid access and free-trial state. This includes app-instance identity and billing or trial status exposed by Wix.
How data is used
Order data is used only to calculate order age, display fulfillment-delay buckets and exception rows, search the current result set, and create a CSV export when the user explicitly chooses Export CSV. App Instance billing state is used only to determine access or display a Wix-hosted upgrade action.
Storage and transmission
The current app does not persist order or customer data in an application database and does not send that data to an external analytics or advertising provider. CSV export is generated in the user's browser and saved only when requested by the user.
Data sharing and sale
Multiverse does not sell order or customer data and does not share it with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.
Security and permissions
The app requests Read Orders and basic App Instance information for its current functionality. It does not request permission to fulfill, edit, cancel or refund orders.
Retention
Because the current app does not persist order or customer data in its own database, it has no application-database retention period for that data. Wix and the user's browser may retain information according to their own policies.
