Product Title Audit Privacy Policy
Product Title Audit is a read-only product-title analysis tool supplied by Multiverse.
Data accessed
While an authorized store administrator uses the dashboard, the app requests product identifiers and product titles from the store catalog, including classic and newer catalog versions. Product titles could incidentally contain personal information if the merchant has entered it.
Purpose and handling
The information is used to detect blank, unusually long, or duplicate product titles and display flagged results. An administrator may request a CSV report, which is generated in the browser. The app does not modify catalog records.
Storage and recipients
The current application code does not intentionally persist retrieved product titles in an application database or send them to advertising or external analytics services. It uses the hosting platform's APIs and runtime; that platform and the browser may process operational metadata under their own policies. CSV files are saved locally only if explicitly requested.
Security, retention, and requests
The app relies on the platform's authorization and product-read access. Transient data is used for the active dashboard session. No application-database retention of the retrieved product titles is configured in the current implementation. For requests concerning personal data, please contact us. Merchants should also review their own catalog and platform privacy obligations.
